Cooking Instructions:
1. Open the packet and allow noodles to cool for 5-6 minutes at room temperature.
2. Place noodles into boiling water for 20-30 seconds then drain well then set aside.
3. If noodles is for soup then step 2 above should be extended for another 2 minutes.

Noodle Soup: Soup base can be prepared by your choice of meat or seafood and your choice of vegetables. Boiled noodle above can be placed into a bowl and soup base is added and serve hot.
Stir Fry Hokkien Noodle (500g noodle)
500g meat / seafood of your choice – prepared into small pieces.
2 Capsicum chopped or sliced into shapes.
100g young corn and 100g snow peas.
Some other types of your prefer vegetables.
2 cloves of garlic – smashed.
1 onion chopped or sliced to shapes.
A few slices of ginger.
Osyter sauce / Soy sauce, salt and white sugar
Spring onion chopped
Cooking steps:
1. Add cooking oil to preheated large wok
2. Toss in garlic, onion, ginger and stir till golden brown
3. Toss in meat / seafood and stir for 10 seconds
4. Add ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of sugar, some oyster sauce / Soy sauce and stir for 20-30 seconds
5. Toss in all your vegetables and stir well for 20 seconds
6. Toss in your noodle and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Note: You may need to cook your meat / seafood more than the suggested time depends on the thickness of the pieces. Also, the amount of oyster / soy sauce depends on your strong or light taste.
