Ingredients:
Rice flour, wheat flour, Tapioca flour, vegetable oil, water added, preservative (211,575).
100% borax free.
Note:
Store in a cool & dry place, away from direct sunlight, refrigerate after opening.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONSPreparing noodles:
1. Heat water until boiling.
2. Put Noodles into boiling water for 30 seconds. Do not let Noodles become too soft.
3. Pour Noodles immediately into drainer.
4. Let Noodles drip dry.
Serve Without Soup Base:
1. Heat up oil in wok until Hot.
2. Add desired meat to wok.
3. Stir fry meat until 80% cooked, then remove meat.
4. Clean wok, and heat up fresh oil until Hot.
5. Add bean shoots, capsicum, and diced spring onion.
6. Stir fry vegetables for 30 seconds.
7. Add Noodles, meat and flavours, and Stir well.
8. Stir fry is now ready to serve.
Serve With Soup Base:
1. Heat up desired meat stock until boiling.
2. Add flavours into stock.
3. Put Noodles into bowl.
4. Add cooked meat into bowl.
5. Also add sliced mushroom, diced spring onion, coriander and mint leaves if desired.
6. Pour boiling stock into bowl and serve.
