Cong Thanh Noodles was established in 2001 by our current management team, however the original noodle manufacturing business was first started about 20 years earlier.

The original business was operated from 247 Hyde Street in Yarraville and the early years was very hard for the new team. But hard work was paid off and Cong Thanh Noodles moved to the current (original) 16 Sara Grove Tottenham Vic 3012, and expanded next door to 18 Sara Grove. Currently, our noodles are being transported around Australia.

Cong Thanh Noodles specializes in manufacturing fresh noodles on modern production lines. At present, we are producing the following products:
