Cong Thanh Noodles’ Quality Policy
Cong Thanh Noodles specializes in manufacturing and supply of a range of rice noodle products of outstanding quality. These products are sold to wholesale customers and retail outlets throughout Australia.
It is our objective to ensure that all food products that are received by our clients and their customers, are received in a condition that meets or exceeds their expectations and requirements.

Cong Thanh Noodles complies with:
- The principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point);
- Food Act 1984 (Victoria);
- Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Food Standards Code “3.2.2 Food Safety Practices and General Requirements”;
- The principles of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008;
The purpose of these standards and requirements are to maintain and apply specific principles for safety and quality to all of our food processes and is central to the effective operation of our establishment. These requirements include those for food businesses and food handlers that will ensure food does not become unsafe or unsuitable.
The management team at Cong Thanh Noodles are seeking to continuously improve our operation through ongoing training of our employees and constant reviews of our systems and procedures.
Quality and Safety is achieved by complying with the legislative requirements detailed below and applying the associated international standards to ensure that all potential hazards are recognized and controlled during all processes.
